Functionality: To remove entirely the chilli's head with the stalk to ready the chilli body to be processed.
The green part of the chili may adversely affect the taste profile of paste, sauce, etc. SVM's Chili Head Cutter machine is designed to entirely remove the top part / head of chili to speed up production.
